Great shop, staff are wonderful and it's awesome that they open late for new releases to allow those that work during the day and that have kids at school to get products.

Genuinely one of the best places to visit for pokémon (and my favourite!) I really love the environment in kingdom gaming, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is organised and clean with plenty of graded, singles, binders, packs, etbs, and bulk cards to look through. The community has been brilliant, I've had people start conversations with me, traded cards, been given cards and felt comfortable meeting strangers in a safe environment. The new design of the shop made me a bit anxious at first, as I dislike change, but it's made the whole place much more harmonious. The larger space and new layout looks brilliant, I'm very happy that the shop is doing well :) Thanks!

Amazing shop for trading cards and miniatures. Pokémon TCG stock is fantastic. Good selection of Warhammer and Army Painter stuff. Staff are brilliant. Extremely helpful and friendly.

Such an awful gaming store. Attended a Play! Pokemon event here in December where the results were never uploaded. Friends also attended a Pokemon event here in November where the results were never uploaded. Despite them not answering their phone or my friend's email in the first place, they were very quick to jump on my previous review and try to make their comments about me not contacting them. When I did get a response to my email it was extremely condescending. Well they now seem to be sick of me contacting them as when they were emailed with evidence of their failure to upload results they now haven't responded to my emails for three weeks. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe this place. I don't think they realise that when we play in these events we are paying, in part, for you to upload these results and if you don't do that you are failing to give us what we pay for. Since they seem to want to avoid my emails, a support ticket is now being submitted to Pokemon directly. I cannot in any way reccomend you attend events at a store that treat their customers so disrespectfully.
