Jadlam Toys & Models

Ordered a couple of items not mega expensive roughly £60 on the 3rd of September.. I also paid for next day delivery as it was a birthday present ..items have not arrived ..no communication from jadlam re delivery ,if its been posted / royal.mail or courier etc .tried emailing jadlam ..no reply , tried calling the customer service number ..no reply then tried calling the sales line guess what ..no reply ....these people are quick enough to take your money but you get sod all back. All I want are the goods I paid for . Avoid at all costs..

Great shop. Don't take the kids or it will cost you a fortune. Ha Ha! I took the wife and she bought loads for the grandkids. It's not expensive, but they have loads of great toys. Never seen such a great scaletrix selection.

I purchased 3 items, 1 was a preorder. They only sent me 1 of the 2 other cars stating that both was in the package. When I emailed regarding the issue. I was automatically issued a refund. I was then told after an email back to them it was out of stock and I would not be getting it. So what, you was going to keep my money for an out of stock product until I said something or is a staff member trying to do something sly?!? Either was not very professional and I won’t be purchasing from Hallam again!

My favourite place to order any modelling related purchase! Amazing all around but customer service is seriously top notch. Had an issue with a parcel arriving much later than initially planned and after contacting them they immediately shipped a replacement free of charge.

Bought several rc cars and other products Great service next day delivery will be buying more cars from them as they will look after their customers Thank you for your service Love from Alfie jack russell
