Me and my family were visting burnham-on-sea on the 18/5/26 so we wen't to toymaster. rude staff. we were made to feel unwelcome and were being closely watched the whole time. No one wants to be made to feel like a thief. So for that reason we won't be going back again. avoid toymaster there is plenty of other friendly shops to visit in burnham-on-sea.

Went in a couple of times had complete attitude from the same woman, "NO POKEMON" in a snappy tone. Going in to try and find something for me and my wife, will not be wasting my time around someone like that again. EDIT TO YOUR RESPONSE Not having stock isn't the issue. Being disrespectful to customers is.

Popped in here with my 4 year old grandaughter. There's a good variety of toys etc at reasonable prices. My only gripe is that 2 different workers stalked us very closely as if we were intending to shoplift at any opportunity ( I appreciate this goes on especially during the busy summer holidays). It was rather offputting and rude though so I won't be visiting or making any further purchases from the store.
