Game District Elgin

Very good customer service. I bought a ps5 with fault disc drive went in today and they swapped it out no problem. Thanks to u all

Great staff very helpful amazing trade in value and couldn’t be happier

Went in yesterday as needed a new phone charger. The young guy who served me was lovely, very polite and helpful. Found exactly what I wanted and explained it's so much better to get a quality charger instead of relying on the cheap ones from pound stores etc. The one I ended up buying only cost a tenner more than the cheapies I normally get and as soon as I used it, it charged my phone in a third of the time. Store was very clean and tidy and both guys behind the counter were friendly. Would recommend them and would purchase from them again.

I recently had a great experience at Game District. The customer service was exceptionally helpful, and the unique products they offer added to the overall appeal. The shop itself is clean and exudes a professional atmosphere. Highly recommended for both gamers and tech enthusiasts! Game District not only stands out for its excellent gaming products but also excels in tech services. Their comprehensive repair services for phones, consoles, and other tech demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction beyond just product sales. A one-stop destination for both gaming enthusiasts and those in need of reliable tech repairs.

I recently sold a few items to the shop, an iPad and air pod max headphones. I found the staff very helpful and professional and polite. I was made very welcome and the transaction was easy and I was very pleased with the process. I shall definitely use the store again and hopefully purchase something from them next time I highly recommend.
