Chris and the team are great they always open the door for me when I come in. I love going into the shop, Chris looks just like my favourite Pokémon trainer Tarragon.

Great shop and prices. Only issue is when I went to buy something before going home after our trip they were closed at 10:44am despite online saying it was open

I’ve bought a few things from Excalibur, great customer service makes you feel welcome instantly. I bought a warhammer kit recently that was missing a piece and they’re working hard to source me a new box which I was not expecting to be able to get. Massive respect to the shop, even if they can’t get me a new one
