Bloke with the glasses that works there is beyond rude. Cuts you short before you finish asking a question and acts like youve asked for the world when needing help locating something. This has happened more than once, my little brother asking for pokemon cards got shut down and my little sister asking if NeeDohs where in stock. Needs to attend a course on manners. The lady that works there is brilliant though.

I love Waterstones, but the male manager of the store who is always there is not friendly whatsoever. I felt like I shouldn’t be there; like I was an inconvenience.

Debby was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the books I needed. She took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this Waterstones.

Grateful to have a local Waterstones. It’s well laid out, has a nice atmosphere, friendly service, and I have bought many books for my kids from here. It’s a nice shop to go in and browse, rather than save 50p by buying the book online. They also do a stamp thingy where you get £10 (I think it is) to spend at Waterstones if you buy enough books to fill your card with stamps. Pop in the next time you’re at Greggs next door.
