David's Bookshop

i love davids, its the cutest small business i could stay in there all day. when i went to the cafe they had amazing food and drinks, great atmosphere and beautiful service. its one of my favourite book and music shops, never heard a bad word about it. obsessed x

One of the best independent book shops I’ve ever visited - the selection of new books is wonderfully curated and I always find new and unique books every visit! The second hand selection is fantastic and so reasonably priced! The gifts and cards are also fantastic! The staff are always so friendly and happy to help - you can tell they love books!! What a treat!

Qualifier: have not yet visited this bookshop to buy books (but I absolutely will !) - rather we were there for boardgames club and it was lovely - friendly people and a beautiful venue with a terrific café. We will definitely be going back as often as we possibly can. What a great place !

Went into the record store during RSD after waiting in line at another store for a couple hours just for them to go out of stock of what I wanted, David's definitely had a much better and clearer system, also appreciate all the social media updates of what is going out of stock. Managed to grab what I wanted and a little extra, staff were very nice as well. Definitely going to David's from now on!

Love, love, love this shop. Books, music, boardgames, Warhammer, good coffee and so much more. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and they put some brilliant evening events. My favourite is the painting evening in the coffee shop. Such a lovely chill time. Can't fault it. Best independent bookshop going. Long may it reign.
