D20 Board Game Café

This is my favourite place to go for a fun day out. Rent a table for only £2 per hour per person and have access to their big board games library, which ranges from family friendly to two player to big box and euro games. They have a catalogue of games in a folder and online. The staff are really friendly and happy to help you find stuff. The food and drinks menu is awesome and there is something for everyone - meat eater, veggie or vegan. Their milkshakes are outstanding! 10/10, I love this place. We visited yesterday when they opened so was really quiet but on the evenings and weekends it is buzzing we have been on several occasions.

I've been coming here weekly for 6+ weeks to play games with friends. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. There are plenty of games to choose from and comfortable tables and cosy corners to play them at. The food served is delicious. The best part about D20 is the people who work there. They are ceaselessly friendly and welcoming. They know almost all their customers by name. I look forward to coming here each week and I highly recommend this shop to everyone!

Not normally my kind of thing, but have been here twice now with my daughter and 10 year old Granddaughter and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I have never seen so many board games, and most I had never heard of. You pay by the hour, and it is so cheap, you could stay all day and it still wouldn't break the bank. They serve hot & cold food, drinks and even some alcohol and all at good prices and their hot chocolate is delicious. A great place to while away some hours. 5 Stars ⭐💫⭐💫⭐

Great experience with some friends and (ex) colleagues. The staff were super friendly and nice. The game we played (Betrayal at house on the hill) was quite tired (tatty and torn) but we were still able to play and enjoy it. They had a huuuuge wall FULL of games on shelving so there was absolutely plenty to choose from. The venue is also surprisingly large with tables out the back too. The food was decent and prices acceptable. The cafe is obviously enjoyed as it was about 2/3 full on A Wednesday evening. Despite the tatty game I have given 5 stars as it's a great place and I'll be visiting again.

Literally love this place. Went tonight for my birthday. Just myself, my parents and our dog for a relaxed afternoon. It was lovely. Food is good, milkshake was banging and the staff were so incredibly friendly. They especially loved our dog and made him feel comfortable with treats and offering him a water dish. One of the staff members kindly set my cake aside in the kitchen for us. My family also appreciated the assistance from a staff member when we got stuck understanding the rules of a game. She helped us tally up our scores. They also offer a blue light discount. Will definitely come again (we have to. They said we NEED to bring the dog with us).
