good store, but their anime figures are extremely over priced, you can spend £40-50 on a figurine you could buy at forbidden planet for under £30, if you're looking for manga I recommend forbidden planet as it has more of a selection, the store itself Is very cute though and I've had great experiences with staff!

Anime Republic puts all the other stores to shame. It has all the usual staples and lots of popular but commercially niche anime merch. My biggest flaw with most stores is that the anime selection is one piece, Demon slayer, bnha and maybe the latest anime in limited supply so as someone who usually has slightly nicher but not super niche fandoms it can suck and be hard to find merch. Here I was able to easily find lots of options for many of my fandoms. Sucks there's no Sk8 infinity merch but the usual stores never stocked Sk8 infinity anyway. The emphasis on a wide range of stock is also great and there's a lot of accessories suitable for ita bags which is also a merch form I prefer so 5 stars from me!

Cool anime shop in Edinburgh, not very up to date on certain new animes. So good quality figures in there cases. More of one to go to if you don't have a convention nearby. Very helpful staff especially when to access most products are under lock and key. Very cool anime pin badges available too.

The shop had a great selection of anime related merchandise as well as blind boxes. Me and my friend both got the “Lovliness Never Ends” Nommi blind boxes and they were fairly priced. Lovely staff and cannot fault.

A lovely little place for all Scottish anime lovers. The variety is not bad, and the location is extremely convenient, being located within the same complex as the train station. I wish there was something distinctive about this place to separate it from the other anime and manga places I've visited, but I like the energy of the environment: both customers and workers know a lot about anime and are clearly passionate about it. I loved being able to hear vocal discussions about anime while I was here, wandering around.
