Lovely atmosphere, I have bought many board games here, staff have demos for many of their products the will get out of the shop isn’t too busy and have good knowledge of others. I have recently bought courtesans and line it, both loads of fun. Always have a range of Lego and sicence kits. Always a lovely atmosphere in the shop, often with tcg games being played, teach to play sessions and special events on.

Amazing staff . Always up for laugh. Work so hard with the kids to teach pokemon and make a welcoming space for all learns . I do feel a bit sorry for then still having to deal with entitled peopel who still seem to think they are post office customers service department. Nice selection of games that you don't see everywhere else .

Absolutely shocked by the way I was treated here. I walked in simply to collect a parcel, as this has always been a parcel shop in the past. The person behind the counter was busy, which I completely understand, so I politely said I was there to collect a parcel. Instead of responding in a professional or even remotely polite way, I was abruptly told, “Did you read the sign on the door?” When I said no (because I hadn’t noticed anything unusual), she snapped, “Go read it.” The sign apparently says they’re no longer operating as a parcel shop. That’s fine — businesses change. What isn’t fine is speaking to customers in such a dismissive and condescending manner. A simple, “Sorry, we don’t offer parcel services anymore,” would have taken five seconds and avoided the unnecessary attitude. There was no need to make me feel embarrassed for an honest mistake. The signage clearly isn’t obvious enough if customers are still walking in expecting parcel services. Customer service is about communication, and this was handled poorly and unprofessionally.
