Lovely bookshop in the heart of Walthamstow Mall. - The store is spread over two floors, with a really nice, calm atmosphere - perfect for browsing at your own pace. There’s a great selection of books, especially in the children’s section, plus plenty of stationery and gift options if you’re looking for something extra. - The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to recommend something new. It feels well-organised and welcoming, and it’s easy to spend a good amount of time just exploring the shelves. Overall, a great local spot for book lovers - definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area..

David was super helpful and showed me around the Ghibli section. Wasn't aware there was an upstairs section of the store until he showed me around. Really cheerful and really helpful

Honestly the store itself is nice. But some of the female members of staff (I don’t mean to highlight gender, I just can’t really be more descriptive and if I knew the names of the staff I would have used them) are very rude and respond to questions in a very condescending way. This is my local waterstone, but the disdain I have for these specific members of staff makes me not even want to walk past. I just want to add I’ve gone there more than once to give it a chance but they respond and speak in the same manner. These members of staff should not be working there.

One of my favourite Waterstones. Two stories of amazing books, stationery, games, etc. Located at the 17&Central, which is far from charming, but once you enter Waterstones, you can feel the old bookstore charm again. Everything is neat and well organised. The staff is super efficient and friendly.

Such a lovely little shop. Great selection of books and cute things. I loved it and really enjoyed the cosy atmosphere. I would recommend this peaceful little place for a mini break from the shopping mall. Great place to get lost between the bookshelves🤗 We ended up getting tons of things after browsing 😄
