tl;dr: Just when you thought there were no more books to see, you were wrong. Service: Waterstones (to be referred to as WS henceforth) has good customer service. Selection and Price: As WS is a new-book retailer, you can expect to pay cover price for all of their stock. And they have a truly titanic selection to choose from. Every subject, every topic, and genre sits among their shelves. Every level offers a truly amazing array of unique titles and no one title can be found twice in any other location around the store. Location and Parking: WS is located in London on Picadilly, between Eagle Place and Church Place. Walking is the best way to get here, as to drive here would be to sentence yourself to an endless purgatory of searching for a parking spot. Interior and Displays: This WS location is massive. I’ve been to shopping malls that are smaller than this store. Each level qualifies as a massive bookstore in of itself, and there are multiple levels! Each with unique titles to offer as well. Overall: Waterstones is a veritable one stop shop for your literary needs. They have everything you might need, and more.

Went for drinks with a friend there. The cafe place is lovely. I had a scone and an iced matcha latte. Very happy with both. The latte wasn't sweetened so if you like it sweet I suppose you can ask for some sugar! But for me it's just perfect! The scones wasnt overly sweet either which I love! I'd definitely be back again and to explore the rest of the floors too.

Waterstones Piccadilly is an absolute paradise for book lovers and one of the best bookshops I've visited. Spread across several spacious floors, it offers an huge selection of books covering just about every genre you can think of. Whether you're looking for the latest bestseller, a classic novel, travel guides, children's books, or beautiful gift editions, you're very likely to find it here. The store is well organised, making it easy to browse, and it's a wonderful place to spend an hour or two discovering new titles. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help when we had questions, providing excellent customer service. Whether you're a keen reader or simply enjoy browsing beautiful bookshops, Waterstones Piccadilly is definitely worth a visit and I always look forward to coming back.

A 6 floor book shop! Literally so good, every level you have some chairs or couches which is amazing. They also have 3 cafes!! I recommend the one at the -1 level, I didn’t go to the other two but I feel like the prices there are alright. They have so so many books I’m sure even people that don’t normally read will find something to match their taste. Veryyyy recommended to visit.

I love this bookstore, I wish I lived here so that I could be here all the time. Very organised and has something for everyone. I love how it still feels nice and comforting even for its massive size. The installations are also very eye catching and you can tell the staff put love into this place. Absolutely worth checking out if you are near Piccadilly Circus
