Nice book shop, only a little smaller than other branches I've been into. Dog friendly, which is really nice.

Really wide range and good selection of books. The staff were first class. Highly recommend this shop!

Poor service. Sold us a damaged book but not interested when we pointed out the damage to the spine. Dour and unfriendly throughout the store.

I’ve had a really poor experience here this morning, no queues store quiet and I didn’t even ask for assistance however the assistant was incredibly hostile and rude - no eye contact or smile, snapped at me when handing the receipt and gift card back. Not too sure what I’d done to deserve such hostility but I won’t be back in a hurry! Plenty of other options to buy books.

An amazing free library in the heart of town but could do with a few more seats, I only managed to read three books before I was asked to leave.
