Waterstones Ashford

Really pleased Waterstones decided to return to Ashford. Their stores are always reliably clean, well designed and maintained. Theres usually a couple of staff members in the store at one time and they will try really hard to find a book for you, no matter how vague the description.

Great selection of books available in well stocked store.

We used this store to have a full vision check for me and my partner which was thoroughly professional and curious throughout. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us choose great glasses which are perfect for our needs. Our daughter also used this store and the lady who helped her was amazing. This branch has recently relocated to a larger store. Very busy both times when we visited. Lots of polite friendly staff. Quite a few are trainees. Good experience. Avoid 3.30pm slots as it's popular with Mums & children and seats are at a premium.

Amazing place with a lots of interesting books and gifts to buy, location in County Square in the Town Cetre. Highly recommended.
