Troll Trader Bromley

Bought a single card, the lady serving was lovely, very helpful and friendly. She was then busy so I asked the slim guy if he had any toploaders for the card I'd bought, looked up at me and scoffed saying "we don't give toploaders" then looked away ignoring me, so I asked if they sold top loaders, he said "not single ones" then turned around and carried on chatting about cards with a coworker. Rude for no apparent reason.

Approachable staff but also respects your privacy. Store is very clean with wide range of pokemon cards.

The shop has lots of options Pokémon card wise and was an mostly positive experience on the multiple occasions visited. However there's a young man working behind the counter with glasses that's quite rude and abrupt. When asking for advice his remarks come across and smug and condescending. Other experiences during the week with other workers have been positive.

I've been playing at a local league here for a little while now, and I've always had a good experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the venue is always clean, and when they have to host a big event - which isn't easy! - they pull it off every time. In addition, the paint range is excellent if you need to pick up an item or two in order to round off your collection. Would recommend!

Used many times and had no problem but received some awful service when I had a faulty rule book delivered. Didn’t want to help and reluctantly gave me a refund when they dragged out getting me a replacement.
