Absolutely great place! Staff are fantastic and the atmosphere is very warm and friendly, not to mention that they do a lovely hot chocolate lol

The girl working here today with a very impressive wurmple collection was really kind and patient and let me see her own collection and buy some packs and cards. I don’t know if she owns the cafe or is an employee but if she’s an employee the owner should be really proud to have her. Thank you so much for helping me add to my collection and I can’t wait to open the packs with my friend when I get back to England. I did not buy any food because I was having lunch at home but it all looked great.

Only visited a few times but adored Dom and the team! As a MTG lover myself the tavern is so friendly and very welcoming! Highly recommend if you’re looking for your gaming/tcg family

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of games and drinks available. We had several hours to kill on a cold and snowy Sunday morning. Stumbled across this boardgames cafe and it was our absolute saviour to pass the time. We love our boardgames and we found a game we'd not played before. The staff member (sorry I never got his name) was super helpful when we were getting set up with the game. Would highly recommend coming here.

I've been several times and each experience has been great. Polite and friendly staff, excellent hot drinks and cakes available, and a good selection of board games to wile away the hours
