Patriot Games (CURRENTLY MOVING)

I started playing Pokemon a few months ago with my son and we were invited by a (now) friend to go and try it out at Patriot. It was a bit daunting to walk in, totally new not knowing anyone. But everyone couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful - both players and staff. Great place and great community.

Just received my custom mouse/desk mat! Website explains perfectly how to get the size you need as I’ve built this to suit it was a bit of an odd shape to request. I’ve trimmed it down and it’s finished my corner off nicely! Thanks again will definitely be back for more.

Really nice friendly place. They have a huge selection of games. Everything from Games Workshop Age of Sigma to Warhammer 40K. Along with many other games including board games. They even hold dungeons and dragon nights. There is a cafe as well on site for food and drink. This is one of the best places to game in Sheffield.

Went in today to ask about playing Riftbound during the week, I asked about how to contact other players or arrange tables and Harvey helped me with getting access to discord server to find other players. I was initially nervous to try play with others, but Harvey asked if I wanted to play a demo game to learn how to play, which I accepted and really appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and it really helped break the ice of getting into the TCG space, will be coming back again to play more :)

An excellent venue. I wanted to put on a private session for a select group of gamers using an old miniatures ruleset, AK47 Republic. Sean, the events manager, was very helpful offering and securing us a dedicated games space. The space was perfect, featuring six gaming tables exactly to our needs. In preparation the Patriot team allowed me to drop stuff off the day before. On the day Jim, the manager, made sure we were all okay and checked on our needs. Having the onsite cafe is really handy and we did make use of it during the day. The toilets are clean and convenient. All in all, a great resource I would like to make more use of.
