Northumbrian Tin Soldier Limited

Signed up on the Bandai app for One Piece TCG pre-release of OP17 and they were closed without any warnings or cancellations. It was a 30 minute drive there and back through tolls, wasted fuel and money for nothing. Edit - I would like to clarify that this was Sunday not Saturday, updated photo of their closed store showing the timestamp.

Been to this shop a couple of times with my boyfriend, however its very clear from the way the staff go on that if you do not look a certain way you're being judged. No interactions and dirty looks from the staff, but chatty and polite to other customers...we go in for Warhammer which is supposed to be an inclusive hobby, but it doesn't feel like it here. Really disappointing and quite upsetting that my boyfriend now feels like he doesn't belong in a hobby which he loves.

Ordered 500 worlds necrons battalion and destroyer cult dice. The destroyer cult dice didnt arrive because games workshop didn’t send them any. I got an email explaining this and a letter in the parcel apologising for the inconvenience. A nice personal touch which I appreciated. I will definitely buy from these guys again.

fantastic shop, great atmosphere. come here weekly for magic the gathering and the staff and community are wonderful. can't recommend enough. everyone's welcoming and happy to help and will go out of their way to teach anyone looking to pick up a new game.

One of the most amazing stores I have visited. Found the shop by accident one day and have never regretted it. I go to play magic and star wars and it is always wonderful. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and enjoy their time. Can't recommend visiting as much as they deserve.
