Mystic Games Ltd

Always super friendly and happy to offer support and advice. If you’re in Witney, pop in. You won’t be disappointed.

Incredibly friendly place that I still visit regularly even after moving away. My favourite place for MTG prereleases and any other card games, miniatures or physical games

I had a very bad experience with this store. Before even purchasing a card, I simply asked for basic information: some pictures and whether they had a second copy. The replies I received were dry, abrupt, and honestly quite unprofessional. Then, because of an address error, I had to cancel my order in order to place it again with the correct details. Instead of relisting the card (which had been visible on their profile for a long time), the store suddenly claimed it had been “sold in the shop,” just a few hours after my cancellation request. The timing is surprisingly convenient, to say the least. What disappointed me even more is that they made no effort at all to help or find a solution. Not even a simple “sorry for the inconvenience.” No empathy, no attempt to arrange anything : nothing. For a professional shop, this level of customer service is really shocking and disappointing. Overall, the tone throughout the conversation was unpleasant and made it feel like my perfectly reasonable questions were a bother. In the end, I was left without the card and with a very disappointing customer experience. I do not recommend this store (at least, one of the salesperson, given that I had only been there twice in person and had mainly talked to customers) especially if you expect a minimum level of communication or professionalism.

Visit this shop! Having spent over five hours with my son exploring their vast Pokémon collection, I really got a feel for the vibe of the place. The staff are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and do a fantastic job creating a welcoming atmosphere that clearly draws in regulars and newcomers. Special mention to Cameron, who was a wonderful ambassador for the shop. His kindness, generosity, and enthusiasm were outstanding. There’s clearly a thriving tournament scene here, alongside casual gamers and regulars looking through single cards, rare folders, or making trades at what seemed to be very fair prices. They also have a great selection of board games, tabletop games, and accessories. Highly recommended, just wish I lived closer! Thank you

I love mystic games. Everyone is super friendly, staff is very helpful. Reasonable prices, (MSRP or below on most products), anti-scalper policies in place, feel-good food, binders and boxes with single cards and tournaments every couple of days. It's simply the best!
