Best customer service ever! I had an issue with my delivery address, which resulted in the parcel being returned to the sender. They were incredibly receptive and quick to reply to my email, and they resent the parcel to the correct address. It arrived super quickly and with no issues. It's quite a stressful period with so many pre-orders being cancelled by different shops and/or prices being inflated to the skies and back, so it's such a breath of fresh air to see a company being fair and amazing at what they do. 10/10 I will definitely come back here first whenever I need to buy anything TCG-related!

Visited 2 times first experience with a fella with pink long hair he was brilliant he chatted gave me advise seemed like a nice fella but second visit 2 other guys looked miserable no welcome as I come in kinda felt like they just wanted my money wasn't bothered in anything else so from that experience I will not be returning.

Really disappointing first experience here. Three of us visited for the first time, genuinely wanting to support a local shop, and within minutes we were ready to leave. The staff member we dealt with came across as uninterested, dismissive, and far more focused on whatever was on the screen behind the till than the customers standing at the counter. We were left waiting with no proper acknowledgement, then asked from out of sight, “are you wanting service?”, which pretty much set the tone. I asked about Pokémon First Partners and was brushed off with “yeah, it’s been and gone.” The issue is not that they didn’t have it. The issue is the complete lack of basic customer service after that. No effort to help, no explanation about possible restocks, no alternatives suggested, nothing. Just a dismissive answer that shut the interaction down. That is what made the experience poor. A simple polite explanation would have been absolutely fine. Instead the whole thing felt awkward, cold, and unnecessarily condescending. I’m aware of the current market and would have happily sympathised with supplier issues that have also arisen from the 2019 boom. But alas… Nope! It’s a shame, because the stock range looks decent and some items are priced well. But decent stock does not make up for poor attitude. First impressions matter though, and this one was bad enough that all three of us have written the place off after a single visit. Would not recommend.
