Lionsheart Bookshop and Cafe

My favourite locals in the area, I go weekly to play One Piece and Gundam TCG's - fantastic group of people and also - Rob, the host is one of the most amazing people I've met in my life - a gem of a place! It is as well a fantastic book cafe normally!

The Lionsheart Bookshop kindly offered me an author signing opportunity in the bookshop, for my debut novel. I didn't know what to expect but had the most brilliant day. The team were friendly and helpful, shout out to Thiago and Zoe! I met lots of lovely customers and had some great conversations amongst the books, cakes, coffee and gaming that was going on the second floor. It's clearly a great community hub in Woking. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to this store regularly for about a year now. Sometimes to just chill with a coffee, cake and to read, but mostly to play tcg games in the evening. The staff have always been warm, friendly, fair, and welcoming. They have made me feel like I fit in . I'm honsetly amazed at the amount of effort they put into building communities around book clubs, hobby gaming, card gaming and I think I even saw a sewing circle here once.

Great bookshop with a variety of books and vinyls to buy. Undoubtedly the best coffee in Woking as well; the staff are knowledgeable and keen to ensure that you enjoy your time in the shop. Will no doubt be coming back often!

Local Author - I had the pleasure of spending the day at the Lionsheart Bookshop and Cafe signing my debut fantasy novel. They hosted my event and made me feel so welcome. The staff are friendly and invested in their local community offering a host of events that allow the public to connect and meet. Being there for that day allowed me to see first hand, their wonderful open armed approach to all their customers, regular and new, me included. It was a pleasure to be a part of their world.
