Amazing store , pokemon galore , lots of horror stuff inc gremlins and friday 13th , a must go shop if your in redditch

The people are so sarcastic and the store is so over priced. I ask for something and their answer was don't know good customer service there 👎👎👎👎

Me and my daugher are not from redditch and thought we take a trip this saturday to the town center, we came across this store and was aproched by a lovley man named craig , he was so nice and helpfull to my autistic daughter who was tryimg to find japanse pokemon cards. He took the time to find a bunch for my daughter and she was very happy, so much so after we left she made me come back to get more, this time shinny japanese cards where yet again craig went above and beyond to help her, to the point he even gave her a free card ! This level of help is rare, and i applaud this staff member, my daughter often gets ingnored or looked past because of her autism but she was made to.feel wellcome and special , we are coming back again once my daughter has saved more money , Great Store, and service which is rare these days, and again Thank you craig !

Lots of cool nerdy things, not over priced on Pokémon cards, friendly staff

Such an odd experience when I visited the store, I saw a delivery at the store for cards. And I was refused to be sold anything Pokémon TCG related, even after seeing products at the shop. Literally wanted a box, not scalp or anything. But felt like I was causing a problem even asking about sale of Pokémon cards
