Inspire Newquay

I have never felt the need to send a review, ever, however this shop has made me disgusted. please avoid this shop. 1) All prices are miles over market, other pokemon shops in the area are no where near the prices they are at 2) English packs were £9 or more, thats ridiculously high and disgusting - especially after admitting they get wholesale prices from asmodee 3) I actually came down with a friend who was sold a fake card. A real shop selling fake cards pretending to be professional is a joke.. Not only that, but they use AI to check if cards are real.. any reputable place would know AI has no accuracy within pokemon singles. Avoid this shop at all costs. go anywhere else. absolute joke.

Absolute last place I would go for any Pokémon cards. Prices on singles are easily 50% over what other reputable shops would price their cards at. Selling the latest set at £9 a pack is taking the mick as well.

Bought some TMNT MTG cards, but they are clearly fake and I am out of the area and cannot return them. They have a poor print quality I noticed straight away and have a very chemical smell, a hallmark of fake cards. One also has a slightly damaged corner which is unusual for fresh packs. A nice shop, and maybe they do not realise, so 3 stars and benefit of the doubt but please be aware if buying.

My wife paid £9.99 for next day delivery for 7 badges. Placed order after 12 noon cut off on Wednesday 30th July, package arrived today Saturday 2nd August. Contacted seller today for refund on postage as our contract is with them not DPD.See pic of date posted 1/8/25. Got the brush off blaming DPD, not a bad little earner if you get few more people to mug off….very disappointing service.

Beautiful gift shop in the heart of Newquay. They have got gifts for all ages. Pokémon, Sonic, Harry Potter and trading cards are available. Staff is lovely and happy to help. Parking is available around the street.
