Please be careful they overcharge MASSIVELY on singles. I collect the trainer gallery cards so thought I’d pop in to see if they had any. Went in and saw a Arven’s Greedent for £18! On eBay it’s about £5 and Collectr is £2. I understand a bit of a markup as they have a shop to run and staff to pay but that is ridiculous! It makes sense why most of their market is children and unsuspecting parents! Please please do your research saw a Dad buy his son a gold energy for about £20 when no modern set English gold psychic energy is anywhere over £10 let alone that much! I urge all parents please download an app like Collectr or EBay to see sold listings or rough market prices because this is some of the worst markups I’ve ever seen, and honestly such a shame to see new collectors and players of Pokemon and their parents be taken advantage of like this! Included is a picture of the card I mentioned so new people can see the app it’s free to search cards and I urge people to use it so they don’t get taken advantage of like this. Amazing atmosphere, great ownership and management and the food is lovely!! G-zone is a very inclusive gaming and hangout space with everybody welcome and no judgement at all :) The owner interacts with customers in such a welcoming way unlike a lot of places I have visited before. The food is very good and greatly priced too! Had a pineapple and cheese burger last time I visited for a pokemon tournament and I would happily order again. The gaming atmosphere is extremely fun and I have never witnessed any toxicity in the games I play or overhear and everybody is respectful of each other including the owner and those who work there too! I really have nothing negative to say about this place, it’s an individually ran business with so much passion behind it and you can tell the owner loves what he does :))

This place has a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and always up for a nerdy chat. Some really great characters to spend a nerdy evening with! Friday Night Magic is always a great time. It is both beginer and veteran player friendly. People are happy to discuss rules and teach the less experienced (me) how not to suck at Commander. The dungeon and dragon groups here are great fun. Having food, drinks, an odd booster pack here and there just makes the experience so much better.

I came down in August while I was on hoilday from bristol with my friend, had a wonderful time meeting new people , playing some mtg with very kind players , owner was lovely to chat to and helpful while I was trying to find things . The shop is unique as they sell full custom mtg commander decks which was awesome was able to pick up the werewolf deck. Found the art in the shop really cool aswell my friend mentioning how he liked some of them hung up. I am looking forward to coming back soon , really accommodating atmosphere.☺️

We have been going to this store for years now and for a VERY good reason. Ever since my partner and I started playing Magic of the Gathering in store the staff have been nothing but friendly and welcoming. The food is really good quality and is more than reasonably priced then what they could charge. We have come to know the store's manager, Bobby, more and it's always exciting to hear the many new ideas he has for the stores future. It's so nice to see a amazing independent business grow and expand as much a G Zone has. Long my that continue.
