Very frustrating experience. The company allowed Elite members to order Attack of the Vines, so I paid for an Elite membership specifically to place the order. A few days later, the order was cancelled because the email had apparently been sent by a member of staff by mistake. I was not properly informed about this and only found out after calling them myself. They then told me the order had been voided because of their error. I wasted money creating an Elite membership and still did not receive the item. Customers should not have to pay for a membership based on an offer the company later decides to cancel because of its own mistake.

A brilliant place to hang out if you're into TCG, tabletop and anything nerdy! Amazing staff, great products, great prices, and an amazing community within. I went for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I can safely say I'll be a regular now! Everyone was so welcoming and passionate about the various games - be it Pokémon, Gundam, Warhammer, Lorcana etc., there's always someone around to teach you how to play and help get you involved! I cannot praise the staff enough for their service, passion and willingness to host the regular events that take place, and foster such a great place to be for all ages. They do their best to combat scalpers as well with their very fair product limits and policies, and the ELITE membership is definitely worth it if you plan to go regularly. Just brilliant!

It was an absolute treat going into the store yesterday. The range of things is incredible, there's something there for everyone. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming and the team were super friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back!

Looks great for gaming, lots going on. That has a bit of a knock-on the in person shopping experience, as all the stock is next to the gaming tables, especially the paints in the back corner, you feel like you're in the way of people playing games. Im sure the last time I came in, the shop was upstairs, but that was a while ago. Not knocking the place, as it was nice to see a business thriving, just some feedback. They have a great collection, the guy serving me was very polite.

It’s incredibly frustrating to walk into a hobby shop ready to invest in your passion, only to be treated like an inconvenience. Since gaming hobbies are an investment of both time and money, feeling rushed or unwelcome is a dealbreaker. Extremely disappointed with the service here. I walked in and asked if they were open since the lights were dim, only to be told, "Yeah, but you better hurry up as we’re shutting as soon as the post is delivered." While I was looking, a girl in her pyjamas told the other staff member to start closing the shutters. If you don't want customers in the shop, just say you’re closed. This isn’t a cheap hobby, and I was ready to spend money, but I won’t be back to a place that treats paying customers like a nuisance.
