Pre-ordered an Arkham Horror LCG expansion and it was delivered exactly on release day. Had to contact them previously too about another order and they were really helpful. Wouldn't hesitate buying from them again

I ordered a Secrets of Strixhaven collector booster box in April, however I was a little nervous placing my order as I had never heard of them before (I don't live locally). Before purchasing, I messaged them on Facebook Messenger to check if they had stock and when it would likely be delivered. The person I messaged was very friendly and transparent about what they had coming in and when it would likely be sent out. The item came on time (for the date of release), before they anticipated they could send it which I was very grateful for. Also worth mentioning, that the product was extremely well priced. Thank you for a great expeience!

Their customer service, in particular, Peter, is appalling. I inadvertently ordered an incorrect item (don't really know these products, it was intended as a gift). I notified them within five minutes to cancel. This was ignored and they processed and dispatched anyway. I then got lengthy emails from the incredibly rude Peter, who was accusing me of using bots to make purchases (I have no idea how to do so), and basically got told off by him like I was done kind of child. I was then told I'd have to pay additional fees plus postage as apparently it costs them to reply to an email. Their attitude toward cancellations is disgusting.

OMG this is incredible! The staff are lovely and the shop is great, and sell great minis. They have rooms to play in, in private! And is a great place to go. Best thing? It’s free!!! Just a small donation (I paid 5 pound). I must recommend to everyone who is nerd or not
