After four years of loyal patronage, I’ve been banned from this store's Discord for expressing a non-conforming opinion. I commented that I preferred World of Warcraft when it focused on its traditional 'core' audience (Males) —a harmless sentiment that was immediately branded as offensive. For a community that prides itself on being inclusive, it seems that grace only extends to those who share a specific political worldview. It’s a shame that ownership values performative gatekeeping over a multi-year customer relationship. I supported this shop despite their higher prices, but clearly, that loyalty wasn’t mutual.

Visited Dragon Cavern on a quiet Saturday afternoon with my eldest. Pete was very welcoming and helped me out when I asked about a particular game. They've got a brilliant amount of varied stock (from lightweight family games to full-on wargaming) and the prices are reasonable. As a bonus it's free to park outside as well!

Yknow I don't often leave reviews of places when I order online, but I gotta say I appreciate the personal touch here! Delivery time was good, and it was well packaged. I only used Dragon Cavern initially because they were the only place with this product left in stock, but I would be happy to shop there again!

I was very impressed with Dragon Cavern. There was an impressive amount of stock available for all manner of games, all sold at reasonable prices. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Chatting amiably to our group as we hired a table for the day. He would regularly come round and check how we were, if we needed anything, and to see how our game was going. You can clearly tell he is passionate about gaming and wants his customers to feel welcome. Having looked more on the stores social media page and website, it is clear that the store is doing everything to meet the gaming needs of the local community. Regular events, games evenings, etc, make up a busy schedule but offer plenty for people to do. We rented a table for the day for a very reasonable price and I will definitely be returning to this store.
