Demon Forge Cafe and Gaming

I absolutely love this place, it's become my go-to spot for game nights! It’s the kind of place where you show up to play a few games and end up staying for hours because the vibe is just that good. Highly recommend for anyone into tabletop games!

The Demon Forge in Stroud is a fantastic café and hobby space with a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly approachable and friendly, making it an ideal place for both newcomers and experienced hobbyists alike. Whether you're interested in Warhammer, Dungeons & Dragons, Magic: The Gathering, or exploring one of the many other tabletop hobbies on offer, you’ll feel right at home here. It’s a brilliant community-focused venue where people can learn, play, and share their passion in a relaxed and supportive environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get into tabletop gaming or meet like-minded people.

My girlfriend and I swung by(we're not local) to play a little Bloodbowl. The man behind the counter(I didn't ask his name 🙈) was really friendly and welcoming! They had a selection of teas, real coffee and some snacks. A very well kept and clean toilet. The gaming space was well organised and had lots of character and cool little touches. There was a few other people in playing 40k(Tuesday afternoon), everyone was polite and friendly and there was a really nice welcoming, casual atmosphere. Such a fantastic place! Thankyou so much! 😊👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A cracking place! Demonforge Cafe is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Mark and Craig have been especially amazing with my son — always happy to chat, listen, and offer advice about Warhammer. Their enthusiasm and patience have made such a positive difference. My son and his friends love going in to play board games, hang out, and enjoy snacks and drinks. It’s a safe, fun, and comfortable space for them to spend time together. Highly recommend Demonforge to anyone looking for a great community-focused gaming venue!

Very nice gaming space, great supply of rules on hand with nice modern tech, awesome chilled staff, good supply of gamer drinks and snacks. Also, they are officially Stroud Approved as a local cat has now taken residence! 😻 Say hi to Luci-Furr when you go!
