What you would expect from this type of shop , the girl behind the desk was fantastic with my very chatty son

So happy to have a shop like this near-by, but unfortunately have never had great customer service in here. The staff are often chatting to friends behind the counter and won't acknowledge you despite waiting at the counter. They rarely seem to give an answer about product except 'I don't know.' If you're after Pokemon cards you're better off going to the Swansea store as it has more singles and the staff there are happy to help.

Since moving to the larger store, they’ve expanded their range significantly, which has made a big difference. My son absolutely loves going there now. It’s also great to see they’re looking at running D&D sessions for kids — a brilliant way to get them into the hobby. Overall, a really positive experience and a shop we enjoy visiting regularly.

Shop is great but the boy behind the counter is the most unhelpful and unenthusiastic person I have ever met. When I asked a question about a product I just had an "i dont know" and then nothing else. Such a let down to a potentially great shop

I recently visited CryoGenik to purchase some Pokémon cards, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The woman working behind the counter, who had black hair, came across as noticeably rude and dismissive. Her tone and body language made me feel as though asking basic questions and trying to make a purchase was an inconvenience to her. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, which took away from what should have been an enjoyable stop.
