A safe haven for gamers regardless of age (must be over 18) or ability. Learn something new or play something you want to go back to. Super friendly guys who run it.

Welcoming, spacious, easy to access, and enthusiastic. The clubhouse is a members club but visitors and +1s are welcome. Operates an easy table booking system via WhatsApp where you can speak to the team members directly. Huge selection of board games in the club itself, and big mats for tabletop gaming. Plenty of keen players if you ever want to bring your own down.

I’ve been a member at clubhouse for what seems like forever, I don’t recall what gaming was before I played at the clubhouse. The atmosphere, the diverse selection of people I’ve met, many who I now consider close friends. It’s an amazing place with even better people. It’s gaming ran for the enjoyment of the community not chasing profits. Long may it continue!

I'm very new to all things Warhammer, I've never played the games or known much but I loved the idea of painting the models - after diving in a few months ago I heard about clubhouse but I never went, around the time I was learning to paint I seen their post about a painting competition called Geordie Daemon. I never entered any competition before let alone a painting one but I thought I would push my abilities and just go for it - and let me tell you, the people that run Clubhouse are genuinely some of the nicest people I've met. So warm and inviting, funny and inclusive - I go there every week and it's quickly became one of my favourite places in Newcastle, I'm learning all sorts of games from quick/fun bloodbowl to a more in depth campaign focused one called Necromunda. The guys who run Clubhouse host so many events and activities to get involved in, all beginner friendly - I've never felt awkward when asking about anything or made to feel stupid for not knowing something, these guys are awesome. If you've ever felt like you wanted to get involved with Warhammer in anyway whether it's playing the games or just hanging out and painting but you've been worried to for whatever reason - this is the place 110% Not just Warhammer either, they even do boardgames nights including a Ladies night which I'm looking forward to!

Great place for your evening gaming needs, be it wargaming, boardgames etc with a drink on the side. Staff are friendly and open to questions about the shop and the community.
