Atomic Cards

Their old location was a bit 'out of the way' but since moving to the new location it has made accessibility more convenient. Great place for your card collection and wargaming needs all at very competitive prices and 'way' more room for gaming tables and gaming needs. Another plus is that if they don't have what you are looking for they will endeavour to get it in for you. There is also an extensive range of miniature paints and you are not limited to 'citadel'. It's even worth a browse for those inquisitive ones amongst you.

Probably the best gaming shop in Swindon. They stock a fantastic range of Warhammer, Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon and other trading card games. If something isn't in stock, they're happy to order it in and it's usually available within a week. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. A great place to shop and play games!

Love this shop, I loved its previous location but since the move to a larger area the place has really evolved. Now there's tons of space for all sorts of gaming and it's a great place to meet other nerds 🤓. They have their own discord which is full of information on all sorts of stuff and recently I discovered they do a biweekly (every 2 weeks) pokemon vgc "event" I've been to 2 of these events now with a friend of mine and we enjoyed ourselves very much. If you are interested in tcg stuff but don't have the budget for packs and sets then I definitely recommend Atomic Cards, they have a table full of bulk MTG and Pokemon cards that you can look through, 10p/card or 15 cards for £1. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the people (customers) there are usually much the same. I would recommend this shop to any and all nerds I know 👍

Love this shop. We go for Pokemon, the shop has a great little lot of bulk that you can go through at your own leisure, loving the addition of fill a tin btw . They also have boxes that you can go through that have been sorted in to sets, making easy to find the cards you need for completing sets. We also love having a look through the traffic light boxes to see what treasures we can find. The.guys working in here are so friendly and kind. Such a lovely chill vibe. Now has become one of our go to card shops 😍

Great little shop with a huge gaming area. I had been to other card shops in the area and thought I’d try this one when a particularly hard to get set came out. Sure enough they were able to provide. Since then I have been several times with my little one and he loves going through the single cards that are so reasonable. We attended an event there the past weekend (1st march 2026) and it was so well done, everybody is so friendly. I hope they continue to do well and are doing such good things for the hobby and community.
