Cozy space that hosts a nice variety of games and events throughout the whole week. The menu also offers plenty in case you just want to hop in for a quick drink or if you want to sit down longer with a toastie or a wrap.

Took 3 years to finally make it to Albion Games Cafe, but I'm happy I did. Got myself a lovely cappuccino and latte while playing some Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3! Even got a small memento from the owner :)

Stopped by here while I was waiting to get my guitar strings changed and was pleasantly surprised by how lovely this cafe is! The drinks are reasonably priced and i had a look at the games catalogue. The atmosphere is really nice, people in the cafe looked like they had a lot of fun and they have a good variety for various age groups! The staff was very friendly. It’s great that norwich has a spot like this, i often see UEA events occurring here and other activities for young people. Will definitely return with my friends and family and give some games a try.

Albion Games Cafe is the premier destination for all Video Game lovers in Norwich. This place is community focused, and focuses on the customer experience above all else. Tom, who runs the Cafe, is friendly and accommodating, and always has time to explain and help his customers. I love how bright and spacious the space feels, as opposed to some other similar businesses, who go for a dark LED theme, which can sometimes be oppressive. Here you just feel relaxed and at home. Food and Drink is surprisingly good, especially the coffee which is excellent. The prices are reasonable and appropriate. They also have a wide range of alcohol which is sold in the evenings. During the day it tends to be more focused around Families and Kids, and then towards the evenings the crowd tends to get older. You can also book this place for a party, which I have done and its very fun. The selection of games is extensive, from Retro to Modern, and they have regular community nights for Fighting Games, Pokemon, Smash Bros, Nintendo and more! They also stock Pokemon TCG for all Pokemon fans, but be quick as they run out fast! Overall, Albion exists as a pillar of the wider Gaming community in Norwich and Greater Anglia, and is more than worth a visit for any gamers in the area. Honestly its worth travelling here just for the experience alone. Support this business!
