Came in the other day and was helped by someone who's name I think is Chris? (Bloke with a fantastic beard) I'm new to table top games and he was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Bought a DnD book that was nearly half as much as when I looked for the same book online.

Put in an order on 27/03 which was estimated to be delivered by 1/04 and not even had shipping notification and though I sent an email on the weekend I have yet to hear anything back. Yesterday I tried to phone three times and no answer. My son needed that order for today because he is running DnD for under 16s

Was looking for item not found in my local stores or anywhere online apart from this merchant. Online order kept pending for days, initial call got ignored along with email. Got a response using their online portal saying their system didn't register my order. When questioned for ETA as the item showed out of stock I got nothing. After several attempts to reach out to the store via email and their online form over the span of several days and having label created notification only, suddenly my order got cancelled and refunded. Absolutely shocking lack of service or any attempt of contact. Will avoid in future by miles.

Also AFK for customer service. Ordered something online, got a "shipped" notification on Sunday, sent an email asking for tracking on Monday, same day the order gets cancelled without any information as to why (presumably their online stock indication was incorrect). Pretty sure you could do better if you wanted to.

Excellent ! Friendly staff and lovely hand painted products. Really helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They run classes too for all ages. My partner commissioned figures and 3d printed items to be painted and they excelled on a deadline at a fair price. Would recommend and use again.
