Absolutely brilliant service, highly recommend. Friendly, approachable and explained everything to me. Wouldn't take my phone anywhere else for repair. Thank you!

My phone froze and as I haven't got a clue what to do regarding anything technical I took it into AA Phonefix for some help. The staff, a young man and woman where so helpful. Explained what could be the problem, told me what to do if it happens again and got it back to life for me. Also, for no charge. You don't very often get service like this these days. Absolutely brilliant.

Absolute top notch service here. Phone just died, black screen of death but my laptop could still recognise it. I had no idea what had happened and couldn’t figure it myself. Saw the good reviews for these chaps. Took the phone in, explained what had happened. Listened to the suggestions. I had a choice of two repairs. An lcd screen or an OLED screen. I can change a screen myself but they said if it didn’t work they’d only charge me 25 bucks. I thought that was a fair deal. I opted for the more expensive screen, with a blue light discount it cost me £152. They had it sorted in under an hour and my phone was good to go. Good, honest customer service. Considerably cheaper than the £442 I was quoted by Apple and way more timely. PLUS the kids had their first game of Pac-Man while we waited. Win!
