I have nothing but praise for this store. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they'll answer any question you have. They have a huge selection of products, and whenever they have it in stock, they'll try to get you any game you want, even if it's not currently available. It's always a pleasure to see so many well-organized board games and comics whenever I'm there.

A pleasant and welcoming shop where you can find any product you're looking for related to manga, comics, board games, and anime figures. The shop owner is very friendly and will surely greet you warmly as soon as you walk in the door. He's also accompanied by his loyal and very calm dog. You can become a member of the shop, which gives you access to great discounts and promotions.

It's great that Zacatrus has opened a store in Vitoria. First and foremost, Zacatrus has its own brand of card sleeves. Excellent. A great variety of comics, including manga, DC/Marvel, and graphic novels. The board game section felt a bit small with limited selection, but they had a good selection of new releases and many must-haves. The role-playing section is a bit of a curiosity, but you can always find that D&D starter set there. And, of course, these days, there's a section for Funko Pops and other merchandise.
