I always try to buy games at this store, but it's true that more than once I get the feeling they're quite short on stock, especially during peak seasons like Christmas when they should have tons of games in stock. It's the complete opposite; whenever I go around that time, they have absolutely nothing. During the rest of the year, there are no problems, and when I've ordered a game, they've been quick both in delivering it and in calling to let me know it's been received.

The place is very nice, they have a great variety of games, there's plenty of space to play, and they're very attentive and give excellent advice!

I was so excited when this store opened. I've always been a Zacatrus customer. I moved to another city, and after some time, I went back to shop there. My experience was awful with a young saleswoman with glasses and short hair. I asked for a game I wanted and told her the price was different on the website. She got defensive, saying that if I was a member, the price was the one on the website. When she rang up my order, I asked if I had any points or if she'd deduct them, and the first thing she did was roll her eyes and tell me I'd have to make a refund. I told her to forget it, that I'd make my next purchase online and she'd deduct the points. I'm really sorry, but from now on, I'll only shop online. It's a shame that in such a wonderful hobby, there are such unpleasant people in customer service.

I went to buy some board games as gifts, and the girl who helped me gave me great advice. She showed me several games that matched what I had in mind and explained them to me. I really liked this place; they have tons of games, and the service is excellent. I recommend it.
