Beware of making "reservations" at this store. They use your money as a loan to finance themselves at your expense, and when the reserved product is released, they tell you it hasn't arrived (a lie). It's a dishonest and reprehensible strategy that, unfortunately, is becoming increasingly common. A complaint should be filed with consumer protection authorities, providing evidence that this is an established and habitual practice with obvious intent.

Edit I made an online purchase to be shipped to Barcelona. More than 15 days later, the shipment is still waiting to be picked up at the Tres Cantos post office in Madrid. They aren't answering my emails, WhatsApp messages, WhatsApp calls, or phone calls. It took them a while, but they finally got in touch. Everything is sorted out; it was a mistake by the postal service.

A very well-stocked shop, and they treat you wonderfully when you're with children. They gave us some Lorcana promotional items for our little one, which was a very spontaneous and much-appreciated gesture. There's always a great atmosphere whenever we go; now we just need to try out a tournament!

The atmosphere is wonderful; you can tell they're passionate about what they do, and it shows from the moment you walk in. Jorge goes out of his way to help you find what you need. They also organize events and game sessions that are simply amazing. The games have a great vibe, are well-organized, and are perfect for discovering new games or just having a fun time. A landmark for board games in Tres Cantos and a meeting place for gamers. Highly recommended.
