Avoid them; they fix the buyback price at the absolute lowest level—slashing the value by 40%—and then resell the product for 40% more. It’s a huge rip-off, and they don't even use Cardmarket as a reference. In short: stay away.

Popped in looking to get back into collecting Pokémon cards after years away and couldn't have had a better experience. The staff were genuinely friendly, took the time to explain everything without making me feel out of my depth, and talked me through all the new sets, rarities and what was worth looking out for. They answered all my questions, gave honest advice instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive products, and made sure I left knowing exactly where to start rebuilding my collection. You can tell they're passionate about the hobby and enjoy helping people get into it. A really welcoming shop with fantastic customer service. Thanks for making getting back into Pokémon collecting so much fun – I'll definitely be back!
