Excellent customer service, super friendly and helpful. They had a statue I'd been looking for for ages that was sold out everywhere, and thanks to them I was able to buy it. I would definitely buy from them again. 👌

A classic for Ponferrada’s otaku scene. Previous owner… she was amazing! New tenant tries to keep up and even wrote a fantasy book.

If you love books and special editions, Shinigami is a true paradise. What truly makes it special is its owner, a person passionate about literature who not only recommends books with impressive knowledge but also goes out of their way to find those impossible editions that even large chains in Madrid or Barcelona can't locate. His dedication and friendly service make every purchase a personalized and special experience. Here you'll find not only books but also exceptional service that makes you feel part of a community of readers. Without a doubt, a must-visit for any bibliophile. Highly recommended! Let's support local businesses ❤️✨

This place is a geek haven in Ponferrada. I discovered it a few months ago and I'm absolutely delighted. The shop is beautifully decorated, with figures, sculptures, manga, comics, Funko Pops—it has a little bit of everything. In my case, the shop assistant is getting me all the Pokémon issues by series without any problem, which is fantastic. And to celebrate Batman's 80th anniversary, he gave me a 100x70cm poster. I hope it continues to do well and stays open for many years; it's definitely worth a visit.
