I went to the store three times to try and buy the loose trading card albums, and three times they gave me different excuses for not selling them to me: The first time, they said the cards weren't organized and they couldn't bring them out that day. The second time, they said they didn't have them on weekends, even though it was a Saturday when the store was practically empty. And the third time, on a Friday (I didn't go on Saturday because of the previous excuse), they said the store was too busy. I got annoyed, and the clerk still told me that patience is a virtue. I live 50 minutes away by car, and this is the last time I'm coming to that store. They're not exactly the only store on the island with these products, and I'm not going to waste any more time with people who treat you like this.

I saw a K-pop album I wanted and asked if it came with a photocard. They told me it was random and they couldn't know for sure. When I got home, the album was in really bad shape. I messaged them on Instagram and sent them photos. They said I could exchange it for the exact same album they had in store, since they don't accept returns. Imagine my surprise when I got to the store and they told me that if I wanted to exchange the album for the same one in good condition, I'd have to pay a €10 difference. I asked why that one cost €20 and the one I bought cost €10 if it was the same album, and they said the one they were giving me had a photocard. They said they knew it had a photocard because it was more expensive (€20 instead of €10). So it's perfectly clear that they know which albums have photocards and which don't, since they open them. However, what they do is put them all in the same box and claim it's random, so if you want the one with the photocard, you have to buy the most expensive one. At the same time, they encourage more people to buy the albums without photocards, giving them the false hope that they might actually get one. It's worth noting that the albums aren't sealed; they wrap them in plastic bookstore paper, so it's clear they've been opened. On top of all this, the treatment I received when I asked if they clearly open the albums and know which ones have photocards was appalling. They gave rude answers, handled the products with anger and disdain... Overall, it was obvious they were annoyed that their unethical practices were being questioned.

My mother and I are very happy with this store, as it's always difficult to find a reliable shop for TCGs. They've been great, resolving any issues that have arisen and even helping my mother buy me card gifts because she doesn't know much about Magic, but she wants to give me some. We're very pleased with the service we've received.

Mi tienda friki favorita del norte! Muy cómoda para llegar, aparcar, echarse una partida y disfrutar viendo el amplio catálogo de Funkos disponibles. El personal es muy amable y agradable. Muchas gracias por todo!
