MasMagic “Cardboard City”

Excellent service and a very attentive and helpful staff member. The only "minor" issue, if you can even call it that since it's a personal preference, is that they seem more focused on selling stamps and card market orders than on events. But as I said, it's just a personal preference and has nothing to do with the quality of service. I give the store a 10/10

It looks depressing and the atmosphere is very closed off. I won't comment on the business model because everyone decides what to offer, but the customer service and manners certainly leave much to be desired. I went to see if I could browse a binder with bulk cards to buy a couple of loose cards and paint them, and the response was very curt and dismissive. I understand if it doesn't align with the business model and it's not profitable for them to produce a binder to sell for 5 cents and then have to remove the Cardmarket ad, but as I said, the way they operate is unacceptable in a customer-facing business. I won't be back.

He ido a la tienda varias veces y super contento, la atención 11 sobre 10, hay cartas, juegos de mesa y sitio para jugar! Las dudas te las resuelve super bien! Sin duda cada vez que vuelva por la ciudad pasaré a comprar allí!!!

Very good ambience and good people. Experts in magic and in tabletop games, service is nice, attentive and close. They have standard tournaments and leagues every week. Very recommended. Thanks for a very good and close service!

Great large collection of Magic the Gathering items. And large sanctioned event schedule
