I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction with my experience at this toy store. From the very first moment, the staff treated me unprofessionally and unfriendly. On several occasions, they responded rudely and showed little willingness to assist or resolve customer inquiries, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, I noticed that several of the games and toys for sale were broken or had visible defects. I believe that an establishment of this type should guarantee that its products are in good condition before offering them to the public. Overall, the lack of customer service and the poor condition of some products lead to a very negative assessment of this toy store. I hope that management will take the necessary steps to improve both the quality of service and the quality control of the merchandise, as I cannot currently recommend this establishment.

They have a great variety of board and card games. They also let you try out the games in the toy library area and the clerk Jordi was very attentive to us, recommending games and even explaining how to play them. It's the perfect store for any board game lover and I will definitely be back.

This is how every game store should be: all games available and tables to play for free or try new games. They also organise events, tournaments and beta tests for games that are yet to be launched

So we’ll stocked and so thoughtfully laid out! The owners were so helpful, they’ve played pretty much everything so can explain anything. I also love that they have plenty of games open that you can come in and try. Best place to buy games in the area!
