We loved it! We were there this morning and the guy who was there was lovely. He answered all our questions. We'll definitely be back.

Terrible experience. I called on Friday to order a comic book for me to pick up in store. The employee I spoke to assured me it would be ready by the following Tuesday without fail and that I could come by whenever I wanted... But when I went there specifically to pick it up, that same employee seemed confused, as if he didn't know what I was talking about. After 10 minutes of looking at the computer and asking for my information (I don't even know why, because I already gave it to him when I called), he told me in a rather listless and apathetic way that he might have it the following week, and if not, I should order it online. The experience was incredibly disappointing. If you already have my information, the least you could do is let me know that you don't have it, even if it's just to make a good impression and save the customer an unnecessary trip. I will never order or buy anything here again. This is simply no way to treat customers, and there are better options for buying these kinds of products. *EDIT* To make matters worse, the establishment's response accuses me of lying, claiming that my account doesn't reflect reality and is merely "my perception." This isn't a matter of perspective; I'm simply stating the facts as they happened. You made a commitment you failed to honor, you didn't keep me informed, and I paid the price by losing a trip because I trusted you. Let this serve as a warning for future cases.

I've had so many fun hours here, met great friends, bought amazing games, and it always feels like coming home. They have tons of stuff and lots of people just looking to have a good time! Juan runs it now, and he's super friendly and really knows his stuff.

I'm a Pokémon player who doesn't usually frequent the store. They announced a CUP, which, for those who don't know, is an event where you can earn points for the World Championship. As a good player, I paid attention and signed up on time. Everything was legal and correct on a public list they created themselves. However, four days before the event, they started removing people who already had confirmed registrations from the list and putting them on a waiting list. All I could tell the contact person was that customers have priority in a tournament because they're members of the local League, a league that has nothing to do with the tournament. Very unpleasant.

A year ago I passed by the shop and it was a bit lacking in new releases. Today I went back and found it overflowing with comics, manga, and thousands of games that teach you how to play. Not to mention the service from the manager (Kevin)! I was looking for a book I couldn't find anywhere and he got it for me! If you like games, this is the place for you! If you like comics and manga, it's also the place for you! By far the best comic book shop in Getafe!
