El servicio de atención al cliente online es tan malo que es INEXISTENTE, pedí un producto en la web y el mismo día que lo recibí, les informé que quería devolverlo y sorpresa, no te contesta nadie y en la tienda se desentienden de todo, parece una estafa. Te niegan cualquier posibilidad de devolución ignorándote.

The service is excellent, and there's a great variety of products. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted warmly and served comfortably. Inside, the music is so pleasant, you think, "Wow, this is paradise!" I highly recommend this place because the people are so friendly and provide amazing service. Happy Geek Pride Day to all of us! :) I'm always delighted with the excellent service and kindness I receive at this store. THANK YOU

It's spectacular! For my son, it's his dream store. We find some really interesting gifts there. The service is excellent too. We've found Funko Pops, Captain America's shield, and a thousand other things that our family loves. We visit every now and then, and we always end up buying something.

I want to thank Marta, who helped me yesterday on the phone and then several times via WhatsApp yesterday and today with her professionalism and kindness. She was a 10 out of 10! I asked her many questions, and she was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She gave me advice, found the product, sent me the links, and even got me some products... she was simply wonderful and absolutely lovely.
