Encanteris

It's our favorite store. The shopkeeper is a really nice guy who always makes you feel at home. I go there with my friends to play Magic, and sometimes the owner even joins in a game. It's a great place if you want to feel supported by a friendly community.

The facilities are well-maintained, everything works perfectly, and you can tell they've paid attention to detail. Plus, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help or recommend games based on your preferences. They're a 10/10! 🥰

I went shopping and left very unhappy. The customer service is completely impersonal; you're just another number. The prices are far from competitive. In fact, I bought several things for my son, and they didn't even offer a small gift (envelope, sticker, pin, etc.). There are plenty of other stores; I won't be returning.
