An amazing store, and Borja, the shop assistant, is the best. He's very helpful and has incredible customer service skills. It's very well organized, and the games section is very useful. I hope it stays open for a long time.

A fantastic experience at Distrito Zero Torrelavega. The place is impeccably clean and tidy; it's a pleasure to walk in and spend time there. The gaming area is incredibly well-equipped, with everything you could possibly want, perfect for both playing and soaking up the atmosphere. Special mention to the salesperson, Borja, who is amazing—very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and offer advice with a smile. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and that passion shines through in their customers. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place. I'll definitely be back! 🎮✨

Creo que no volveré nunca más a la tienda, lo siento por el dueño, pero el dependiente de Torrelavega es un incompetente y muy poco agradable. Fui el 5 de enero a recoger un pedido web con recogida en tienda, cuando di mi nombre el chico no tenía ni idea de que le hablaba, le dije cuál era el producto y me dijo "ah si, lo recibí ayer y lo puse aquí en esta estantería (la de ventas al público normal) lo pediste a Santander verdad?" Cuando le explique que lo hacía comprado con recogida en tienda y ya estaba pagado y todo por si había cola y me lo podían dar rápido, siguió asegurando que lo había puesto en esa estantería (yo estaba temblando que lo había vendido y mi hijo se quedaba sin regalo) y empezó a dar vueltas por la tienda durante al menos 10-15 minutos diciendo que estaba seguro que lo había recibido y puesto en esa estantería, que tenía que estar en algún sitio pero no sabía dónde... NO ENTIENDO QUE UN PEDIDO YA PAGADO VAYA A LA ESTANTERÍA DE VENTAS NORMAL EN LUGAR DE ETIQUETARLO CON UN NOMBRE Y RESERVARLO PARA CUANDO LLEGUE A RECOGERLO QUIEN YA ES SU DUEÑO Por otro lado, se me ocurrió preguntarle si tenía unos muñecos que pedía mi hijo y que no hay en ninguna tienda normal pero la temática si encaja con esta tienda, de ante mano se que la tienda esta orientada a figuras de coleccionismo para exposición pero por preguntar no se pierde nada y sin ni siquiera mirarme y con asco me contestó que allí no vendían "juguetes" Mucha gente considera"juguetes" los juegos de mesa, que si se venden en esta tienda, de hecho, habitualmente los juegos de mesa se venden en las"jugueterías"... En resumen para no volver, al menos mientras siga esa persona a cargo de la tienda...

The whole team is super friendly. Especially Borja, who always has kind words and helps you with anything you need. The space is divided into the shop and a gaming area with several tables. They also always have a tournament or two running, in addition to free days so you can come and play whatever you want. They have a fridge for drinks and plenty of snacks.
