The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Their selection of games and other items is fantastic. They ordered the game we wanted and it arrived very quickly. The game library is great for playing the games they have there. 100% recommended.

They changed the presentation time on us and informed us by email that it was their mistake. We asked if, with the ticket we had already paid for, we could still collect what was included (the kit and the booster packs). They said yes, so we went there. Once there, they told us they would only give us the starter box, not the booster packs because they were for participation. Of course, we couldn't participate at the new time they had set. The only options were to participate in the tournament, get a refund, or take the box without the booster packs. Naturally, since we were already there, we took the box, having paid for a full participation ticket. The person who helped us, Ulises, couldn't offer any solution and seemed to get stuck in a loop, even though they were the ones who initially set the wrong time. So my question is, if my ticket included booster packs and they didn't give them to me, who keeps them? The store? Ulises? It's not clear to us. Additionally, the store is poorly ventilated, without air conditioning, with the door closed, and has a peculiar smell that makes the air quite stuffy, which has not helped in this process.

A shop with a wide variety of board games for all ages. They also have Funko Pops, comics, Warhammer... I mainly know them for their board games, which were primarily for adults, but I've asked them for recommendations for children's gifts several times and they're very helpful.

I wasn't familiar with the store, but I made my first online purchase. The service was very fast and the package was well protected. There's just a small dent in one corner, but nothing serious. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and I recommend it. Best regards.
