Colossal Store

First purchase and everything was perfect. Very friendly. I will definitely order again.

Hello, the service was impeccable, but when we bought the Pokémon Inferno X booster packs, they turned out to be fake. We checked them, and the quality isn't correct. They didn't come with the typical code card, and the backs of the cards should have a yellow border, and you're supposed to flip one card over to leave the good one behind, which wasn't the case. Obviously, we're disappointed with the purchase because, being from a seemingly professional store, the last thing we expected was for them to be counterfeit.

This shop is a 10/10. They always serve us kindly, and the shop is spotless, always well-organized and visually appealing. Plus, their prices are very competitive. It's definitely our go-to shop.

Shameful. They advertise closing time as 9:00 PM, but by 8:50 PM the shop was already closed. It's a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Not everyone lives nearby and can afford to go and find the shutters down before closing time. If they're not going to keep to the schedule, they shouldn't advertise it. A terrible and totally disappointing experience. I suppose the guy wanted to leave early because he didn't see anyone coming in, or maybe it wasn't very busy, but I don't care. What's unacceptable is that I go all the way there precisely because I heard good things about the shop, and the guy who's been doing absolutely nothing all day just because he feels like it, goes home early, and the customers can go to hell, right?

They're scammers. They just emptied my Cardmarket cart and then immediately raised the prices on the cards I was buying. I absolutely do not recommend buying from these people, if you can even call them that. It's a blatant scam. Avoid this store.
