My partner and I went into the store yesterday afternoon intending to look at board games and ask for advice on some purchases. Our experience was extremely disappointing. As soon as we walked in, we greeted everyone with a "good afternoon," and not a single person there (neither those playing at a table nor the person behind the counter) returned our greeting or spoke to us. The atmosphere felt more like a private gaming room than a commercial establishment open to the public. Furthermore, we couldn't access the gaming area at the back, as the employees/managers were blocking the way and chatting amongst themselves with no intention of moving aside or attending to the customers who had just entered. Faced with such complete indifference and lack of courtesy, we ended up leaving. It's a shame that this is the kind of service they offer; then people complain about local businesses struggling against online sales, but with this kind of treatment, it's impossible for a customer to want to return. I certainly don't recommend this store if you're looking for even a minimum of attention and professionalism.

Excellent shop! We discovered it by chance on Wallapop and bought a wargame directly from them. Alberto was fantastic to deal with; he's a lovely person. Shipping was fast, and everything was perfect. Highly recommended; it's great to find people like him.

I want to highlight and express my gratitude for the kindness and excellent service I received at this shop from its owner, who patiently and diligently guided me in choosing a role-playing game for my son. And although, unfortunately, I didn't get the right gift, he facilitated the return without any problems (something increasingly rare in local businesses...). Thank you so much!
