An extremely disappointing visit. Humiliating, I'd say. When you travel 70 km to take your children to a card shop hoping to buy Magic cards, and not only are your expectations not met because they're clearly just "mailboxes" for cards you should have guessed you had to buy online beforehand—and if you'd mentioned that on your website, you would have saved us the unpleasant trip—but on top of that, they treat customers rudely, with dismissive remarks like "What are you looking at now?", and my children leave feeling disappointed and mistreated, it makes you want to go back as an adult with a bit more experience and give them a piece of your mind. Get your act together! Treat potential customers well because they came with the desire and permission to spend money, and their disappointment with you is immense. Show some courtesy and a willingness to please! I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

Today, chatting in the store, I realized I never got around to leaving a review (or maybe I did, but I can't remember). I've been going there regularly for almost a year now, and I don't regret it at all. It's clear that for many regulars it's like a second home, and the atmosphere is always welcoming, friendly, and like family.

Visiting from England. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Had stock of cards that everywhere else in most of the world has sold out of. They had a system in place to prevent scalpers and still maintained a fair price. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Visited hoping to check out the store and participate in games. Couldn't even walk 5 feet inside - it was disgusting. No ventilation, and visitors lacking basic hygiene. I recommend implementing a basic hygiene policy, as is somewhat standard in this industry. But who am I? Lol. Good luck 🫡
